Warramate

"Located in quite a spot between Yarra Yering and Coldstream Hills, Warramate has been producing wine at Gruyere (not wine and gruyere) for more than 30 years. The wines are now made by Jack Church and his son David who is both a qualified winemaker and GP. The Shiraz is regularly very good while the Riesling and Cabernet Sauvignon certainly more than hold their own in esteemed company. The cellar door is open 7 days." Stuart Gregor
